Our soy wax, wooden wick candles are made with you and the planet in mind.

Our candles + scents

Each candle is made with soy wax and hand-poured in London. Fragrances are carefully selected and combined specifically to encapsulate each destination they are named after. Our candles and fragrances are:

- Plant-based Soy Wax
- Clean Burning
- Wooden Wicks (FSC-cert.)
- Biodegradable Wick & Wax
- Cruelty-Free Fragrances
- Mindful Packaging

Each candle purchase will also support a good cause.

A portion of the proceeds from each candle sold will support sustainable travel through The Travel Foundation, who work in partnership with businesses and governments so that tourism brings greater benefits for people and the environment.

Tourism can bring much needed economic opportunities for local communities and funds for conservation.  But, when not well managed, it can create long term problems for local residents and environmental damage.

“We aim to reduce the negative impacts of tourism and harness opportunities for local livelihoods and conservation. We tackle the huge environmental and social challenges that global tourism brings.” –T.T.F.

Meet the Maker

“I've always loved to travel. The thrill of exploring new places, meeting new people, and experiencing different cultures is something that has always spoken to me on a deep level. But as I traveled more, I began to see the impact that tourism can have on the environment and local communities. That's why I started my travel-inspired candle business - to help people experience the world, and simultaneously help make a difference.

Each scent is inspired by a different location around the world I’ve been to, and 10% of our proceeds go towards a sustainable tourism charity. For me, this business is about more than just creating beautiful candles - it's about giving back and making a positive impact on the world. When you light one of our candles, you're not just filling your home with a beautiful scent - you're supporting a cause that is near and dear to my heart. I hope people can relive their own beautiful travel memories or discover a little bit of magic from somewhere new.”

FAQs

  • Our candles are travel-inspired, meaning each scent is inspired by a different location around the world. They are based on real memories taking elements from each destination as inspiration. We use soy wax and wooden wicks to create a clean, long-lasting burn. Additionally, 10% of our proceeds go towards a sustainable tourism charity, so you can feel good about supporting a great cause while enjoying our candles.

  • Our full-sized candles have a burn time of approximately 50-55 hours. And our travel-sized candles have a burn time of approximately 20-22 hours. Diffusers should last up to 3 months. Once finished, you can top up with any of our refill products.

  • Although we aren’t an official charity partner (yet!), we donate 10% of our candle profits directly to The Travel Foundation, a sustainable tourism charity, on a quarterly basis.

  • To ensure an even burn, trim the wick to 1/4 inch before lighting. Burn the candle for at least two hours on the first burn, or until the entire surface has melted, to prevent “tunneling”. This will help ensure an even burn and prevent the flame from getting too large. If the flame is too small, try trimming the wick to 1/4 inch and relighting. If that doesn't work, use a wick trimmer to remove any excess wick and try again.

  • We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, so if you are not happy with your candle or diffuser, please contact us and we will do our best to make it right.

If you are unsure of a scent, we recommend purchasing a travel-sized candle before committing to a full-sized purchase. If you are having any quality issues, please take images/videos where possible so we can provide support as best we can.

“Nothing is more memorable than a smell. One scent can be unexpected and fleeting, yet conjure up a childhood summer beside a lake in the mountains...” - D.A.
